In the latest edition of the David Allen Company Newsletter there are some new products for your travelneeds. They include

Nice gear, I like the preprinted file folders. It’s all a bit of priceleague and most material can also be found in your local officesupply store. I can recommend the zip pouches as a way to keep your stuff safe while travelling. But I use simple plastic filefolders you can lock with a simple click.

Who says function can’t meet fashion? This should be good news for those who travel with a lot of documents. at least, they’ll have nice folders to put their wonderfully-written reports in.

I want it all. My ideal file would stand up in a file rack with the name clearly visible. It would also have a "slip-in" holder on the front cover to identify the topic and always include my name, email, and phone number for when I leave it in the conference room. The actual file folder would have two pockets – previous and current, or what ever you might like. I go into meetings with a set of things, but end up leaving with more. Hence the two pockets.

BTW, travellers will probably have several of these, so we need an organizing system there
